This is Part Three of the video series Fish Tales, filmed at the Florence, Alabama Chamber of Commerce in November of 2014. The night featured three well-known Tennessee River anglers, Tom Smith, Ray Gresham and Bill Huntley – and their stories of fishing the Tennessee River impoundments in the early days of competitive bass fishing.
In this part, Ray Gresham tell a story of an event that he and his son-in-law (at the time) fished. That morning their boat broke down and they were destined to fish a small portion of the river (Pickwick) until someone could come b and get them for weigh-in.
It’s a funny story that I’m sure we all can relate to if you’ve spent any time fishing tournaments. Click the links to see parts one and two.
